Mr. Umashankar Kuppusamy is a second-generation entrepreneur and leads Pavai as its Chief Executive Officer. A postgraduate in Civil Engineering with 36 years of experience in Pavai, he has played a pivotal role in shifting the trajectory of the firm, from water-well drilling to encompass a wide range of geotechnical services. He has blended his two passion subjects, equipment technology and geo technology to create a brand that delivers geotechnical services at world-class standards. Mr. Umashankar Kuppusamy is an engineer by soul and spirit. He spends the major portion of his time, solving issues in site execution and technology optimization. Under his leadership, the firm grew to accommodatepassionate employees who take great pride in contributing quality work to the nation’s infrastructure

Ms. Prasanna Rahini is a third-generation entrepreneur and leads Pavai as its Chief Operating Officer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and a certification in management and liberal arts from the Vedica Scholars Program for Women, Delhi. A firm believer in the power of people in business, she works on building Pavai to support the future of work and be conducive to people’s holistic growth and well-being.
